FOUNDATION BASICS

#1. FORM UP 22 INCH WIDE X 16 INCH DEEP FOUNDATION. 1. Form up 22 inch wide x 16 inch deep foundation.
#2. FORM KEYWAY OR TROUGH 9 INCHES WIDE X 4 INCHES DEEP. 2. Form keyway or trough 9 inches wide x 4 inches deep
#3. REMOVE FORMS & OBSERVE STANDARD ROUND TOP FOUNDATION. 3. Remove forms and observe standard round top foundation
#4. ARCHES SIT IN FOOTING AND ARE GROUTED IN THE FOUNDATION.

1. DOWN AND AWAY ON THE OUSIDE SO MOISTURE RUNS AWAY.

2. FLUSH ON THE INSIDE.

4. Arches sit in footing and are grouted in the foundation
CAUTION: ANY CHANGES TO THE FOUNDATION MUST BE APROVED BY A LISCENCED ENGINEER.
